  3. Copyright Infringement Lawsuit: Civil and criminal proceedings will be initiated for damages under Section 55 and 63 of the Copyright Act, 1957.
  4. Penalty and Compensation Claims: FOX LAB will claim compensation for:
    • Financial loss,

  5. Court Proceedings: The offender may face imprisonment up to 3 years and/or a fine up to ₹2,00,000 or more, depending on the offense.
